Handling a multitude of projects requires rapid and accurate planning. While each project is unique in its design and build process they all receive careful management scrutiny. We establish with each customer a list of detailed functional requirements, and analyze each task necessary to achieve these requirements. All tasks are placed into a Microsoft project Gantt chart and monitored with the customer throughout the project life cycle. The use of effective communication tools and documentation assures our customers are informed and empowered to make the correct technical decisions.
