We have literally started a project using sketches on
the "back of a napkin." However, in this particular
case the solution was drawn on the back of a time card.
One of our customers had us listen to a senior employee
describe a production equipment problem. We took his
thoughts ... and a picture he drew on the back of a
time card ... and it resulted in EFE Labs designing
and building a solution that was simple, effective and
easily cost-justified.
We have many success stories simply from reviewing our
customer’s drawings carefully. With an unbiased
mind and a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience,
we have created economical solutions for them. Our consistent
approach to understanding root cause issues, along with
our concurrently engineering the project, results in
